What To Expect...

Our CrossFit Youth programs lay the foundational movement patterns, provide children and young adults their prescribed amount of exercise for the week, improve muscular fitness, and engineer endless opportunities for success - all while keeping the class and its information fun and engaging.

Program Overview...

  • 6-Week Program: We meet three times per week in coach-guided group sessions. 
  • Class Times: 5:30 PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Class Sessions are 45 minutes long.  
  • Age Group: This program is specialized for 6-12 yo.
