This is where we put it all together. Leading a full class from start to finish.
We start you out on our proven Somnium Fitness System. A 42-day Process that begins with four personal training sessions. The first is an initial weigh-in where we set baselines for body comp and nutrition. Second, we test your flexibility to ensure safe movement. Third and Fourth, you'll learn proper techniques for squats, presses, and deadlifts. You then will continue on with group classes and custom one-on-one sessions (Skill Sessions) until we retest at week six.

CrossFit gyms offer beginner group workouts. These workouts teach you basic movements and if you are unable to perform them, your coach will modify the work to fit your abilities. Absolutely anyone can do CrossFit. Any exercise can be scaled and modified to your fitness level.
CrossFit is able to improve your overall health. It positively impacts the respiratory system, your coordination, the body's amount of flexibility, will increase strength, will improve speed, will help increase stamina, and will build your agility levels. It does this better than any other fitness methodology.
Intensity: Steady-State vs High-Intensity
The intensity of the workout remains relatively constant throughout. In contrast, CrossFit workouts are high-intensity and varied. They often involve high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which includes periods of intense exercise followed by short rest periods.
Bodies wear down as we age; this is a fact of biology. However, when your body is in better shape, the aging process has less of a wear and tear than it would if your body has been poorly cared for. CrossFit is accessible to people of any age.
